Weekly Healing Circles
Our Circles of Healing bring people together in compassionate, inclusive gatherings where shared stories, gentle practices, and guided conversation support emotional recovery and resilience. Led by trained facilitators, each circle creates a safe space for listening, truth-telling, and mutual care—whether coping with the struggles of motherhood, chronic stress, identity shifts or just life in general. Join a Circle to be seen, heard, and take steady steps toward healing with others who understand.

Circles are sold as a six-class series for the discounted rate of $120 ($20 per class).
Drop-in classes are available at $22 per class, space permitting.

Prenatal yoga is a gentle, pregnancy-focused form of yoga designed to support the physical, emotional, and mental changes that occur during pregnancy. It blends safe, modified poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, and mindfulness to help expectant parents build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness while reducing stress and discomfort.
Prenatal yoga is a supportive, adaptable practice that helps expectant mothers move safely, breathe more easily, and prepare both physically and mentally for childbirth and early parenthood.

Mama and Baby Social Stretch Class offers a gentle, welcoming space where new mothers can reconnect with their bodies while their babies socialize and relax nearby; classes blend light stretching, breath work, and posture-focused movement to ease postpartum tension, improve core stability, and support pelvic floor recovery, all at a pace that honors each mother’s needs, with guidance from an experienced instructor and opportunities for parents to share tips, build friendships, and celebrate small progress together.

Childbirth Education Class for Parents meets every other Saturday to equip expectant parents and support people with practical knowledge and calm confidence for labor, birth, and early postpartum care. Sessions cover labor stages, pain-management (natural, comfort, medical), breathing and positioning, partner roles, and newborn basics (feeding, soothing, safe sleep). Classes mix evidence-based teaching, hands-on practice, Q&A, and peer support. Ideal for first-time and experienced parents—create a birth plan, ease anxiety, and leave informed and empowered.

A gentle yoga class uses slow, mindful movement, deep breathing, and gentle stretches to reduce stress and restore balance. Ideal for beginners or those preferring a softer pace, it features modified poses with props for ease and alignment, plus breath work, brief relaxation, and meditation. The practice enhances mobility, body awareness, and a sense of calm.

Shake Your Soul: The Yoga of Dance is a dynamic movement experience that helps you to feel the joy of dance and the body-mind connection found in yoga or qi-gong. The class is fun, freeing, meditative, graceful and empowering. It calls for a moderate level of exertion and provides a maximal level of energy return, It is appropriate for all levels of movement/ dance experience and fitness.

Chair yoga adapts traditional yoga poses so they can be practiced while seated or using a chair for support, making it accessible to people with limited mobility, seniors, office workers, or anyone seeking a gentler practice; it emphasizes mindful breathing, gentle stretches, improved posture, and joint mobility, and can reduce stiffness, relieve stress, and boost circulation without the need to get down on the floor.

Dance for Parkinson’s is a community-based dance program that uses movement, music, and creative expression to improve quality of life for people living with Parkinson’s disease; sessions are led by trained instructors who adapt choreography to accommodate varying levels of mobility, balance, and cognitive ability, fostering physical benefits like improved gait, flexibility, balance, and coordination while also addressing emotional and social needs through playful interaction, memory stimulation, and supportive group connection.

A somatic recovery circle is a body-centered, facilitator-led group using breath, movement, touch awareness, and guided practices to heal trauma, stress, and overwhelm for women battling addiction. It offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to notice sensations, regulate the nervous system, integrate hard memories through shared presence and gentle exercises, and build resilience, embodied self-awareness, and community.
