FounderYoga 200, Certified Hypnobirthing Facilitator
Jess Duffy
Jess’ journey leading to becoming a Prenatal Yoga Instructor and Childbirth Educator began with her first baby and her participation in prenatal yoga classes. These classes highly impacted the way she viewed herself, birthing, and mothering, in an incredible way.
After two empowering birthing experiences, Jess became certified as a Prenatal Yoga Teacher through Sweet Momma Yoga (Birth Humanity) in 2018 so that she could share these teachings and support women in exploring their capabilities while cultivating greater self-awareness through appropriate poses, meditation, education, and community. Hypnobirthing felt like a natural additional offering to women and families in this special phase of life. She is passionate about removing the fear surrounding childbirth and inspiring families to advocate for and educate themselves, to come into their breath and innate knowledge, so that they may have calm, positive birthing experiences.
I believe that communities coming together to support new parents is essential, and I am so grateful that you’re here
